Please note that the products on the main face-house.com website are designed for human use. Please read and follow instructions leaflet provided with every product.

PRICING
face-house.com ‘Normal Price’ is usually the Manufacturer’s or Supplier’s Recommended Retail Price and may include carriage where applicable.

TAX
All products listed on our retail shop are priced inclusive of local TAX as applicable.

FREE DELIVERY
Free Delivery is applicable on all purchase above 150 NIS across “West Bank cities” Palestine.

However, Cash on Delivery payment option is applicable within Palestine “West Bank”.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND PRICING

Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Website reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order.

In order to avoid any fraud with credit or debit cards, we reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with the product and to verify the personal information you shared with us. This verification can take the shape of an identity, place of residence or banking information check. The absence of an answer following such a demand will automatically cause the cancellation of the order within 2 days. We reserve the right to proceed to direct cancellation of an order for which we suspect a risk of fraudulent use of credit or debit card.

We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Website to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

All customer information will be treated under the terms of the Data Protection Act. We shall use it under certain instances (For more information, visit our Privacy Policy Page). We may identify and inform you of other products and services offered by face-house.com which would be of interest to you. You must tell us if you do not wish us to do so.

We do not store credit card details. In the course of our business, we may need to share your personal data with third providers who offer services on our behalf. We shall share with them only those data that are necessary for them to provide their services and we also bind them with confidentiality and personal data protection agreements so that they protect and process your data on our behalf and not use them for other purposes.

face-house.com takes all of our customers seriously and we try to offer them the best possible service available, however if you feel you have something to complain about please contact us.

All prices quoted are correct at time of going to press, due to circumstances beyond our control these may change, including rate of Tax, Delivery charges. The price levied will be confirmed at the time of ordering.

Incorrect/Faulty goods must be returned to us before replacements will be dispatched.

We strive to keep the majority of the products listed on our website in stock at all times. Occasionally some items are out of stock. If you order an item that is out of stock, we will contact you within 48 hours (2 working days) and advise you when the item is due back in or of any comparable product that is available.

Refunds will be made in the original payment method and within 14 days of our receipt of goods. All refunds must be authorized by our staff.

Return Policy
Free 3 days Return If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for free and get a full refund. Just make sure to contact us within 3 business days from the day your order is delivered, and ensure that the item is in its original packaging, unworn and in the same condition you received it. If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees incurred.

Once received the returned order, the refund payment will be processed in 7-14 working days

Please note: our couriers do not collect any unpackaged goods.

All order cancellations or returns must be notified to us by e-mail only. If you wish to cancel or return goods please e-mail our Customer Service Department at the address, please email face.house@yahoo.com.

No cancellation of order will be accepted after 4 days from delivery of goods.

If you order goods which are not available from stock, we will contact you by e-mail and you will have the option to wait until the goods are available from stock, or cancel your order in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy. In the event your order is cancelled, we will refund any payment already collected from you in respect of that order, in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.

Any email or other electronic acknowledgement by us regarding receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order.

While every care has been taken to ensure that this website is virus-free, face-house.com accepts no liability for viruses or virus damage as result of using this website.

In order to protect the website visitors to the best of our knowledge, we implement several security policies and certificates. These layers of protection could be by-passed if the user’s computer is/was infected with a virus or malicious software. face-house.com or its associated partners and employees cannot be held responsible in such a scenario or circumstance.

face-house.com reserves the right to refuse a delivery or honor an order from a Customer who has not paid part or the totality of a previous order or with whom a litigious dispute is in progress. face-house.com also reserves the right to take any necessary steps including legal action in case of outstanding or non-payment of fees by you.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
If you are dissatisfied with the Website or any content or materials on it, your sole exclusive remedy is to discontinue your use of it.
